I have a quick question for all of us to think about.  It is estimated that the US will spend $27 billion dollars on Thanksgiving meals.  What would happen if all of us took half of what we spend on our own Thanksgiving meals and spent it to feed the homeless all across the world?  That would be $13.5 billion dollars spent on those who need it most.

Another quick thought:  Since God is the Father of the fatherless; God and Jesus are one; The church is the Bride of Christ;  Wouldn't that make the church the mother for those who need family?
